Products and custom orders

Wallpaper and wall murals are made to order. Available materials, dimensions, and prices are shown on each product page. Please check your measurements, chosen material, dimensions, shipping address, and any customization details before completing checkout. Screen colors and room mockups can differ from the printed result; order a sample when color or texture matching is important. We may contact you to clarify a custom request before production.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any duties collected by checkout are shown before you place an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; we may contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled or if an obvious listing or pricing error needs correction. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

Production and delivery

Our usual made-to-order production time is 3–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier and can change. Shipping charges and the free-shipping threshold are described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, where applicable.

Cancellations, returns, and problems

Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation requests, eligible exchanges, return costs, and how to report a damaged, incorrect, or defective item. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
