Returns and exchanges

Most full-size LumvinWalls wallpapers are printed to the selected dimensions and material. Eligibility for a return or exchange depends on the item and any customization. Please email info@lumvinwalls.com before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

For eligible items, exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if they are not. Customized or personalized orders may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange. This does not affect rights that apply to damaged, incorrect, or defective goods under applicable law.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your package and wallpaper on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us promptly at info@lumvinwalls.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and wallpaper so we can help.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Email info@lumvinwalls.com as soon as possible with your order number.
